All items sold are vintage and as such are sold in ‘as is’ condition. Please be aware that garments will show signs of wear, although we make sure we describe each item accurately, including flaws, accompanied by high-res photos.
All graphics and photographs belong to Juno Says Hello Ltd and must not be taken from this website.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site (and in particular to place an order or to consign goods for sale) you will need to register. Please let us know if any of your registration information changes via our Contact page.
We may contact you via email about private events, products and promotions which may be of interest to you.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Each garment is gift wrapped in protective packaging. You can choose your preferred delivery option at the checkout:

Each delivery box can hold up to 3 dresses. If you wish to make a larger order please get in touch beforehand via this link Contact Us so we can adjust the delivery charge.
Dress hire is available to our Mainland UK customers only.

Garments can be collected from our central London studio or delivered to your address (registered post £10 flat fee).
Customers will be invoiced via PayPal or can pay by bank transfer if sufficient notice is given. To hire a garment or request more information please email email@example.com.
The hire period is 3 working days. Garments must be returned by 4pm on the last day of hire. Extended hire is available, by prior arrangement with the management, at a standard cost of £10.00 per day in addition to the initial hire fee.
Once garments have left our possession they are the responsibility of the client until returned to our studio.
Hire fees are not refundable on cancellation or non-collection. Late returns will be charged at the penalty rate of £10 per day per item.
In the event of loss or damage to the garment, customers will be charged the full sale (not hire) cost of the item. By paying for garment hire customers are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
We are careful to mention any problem areas in the item description, but if you require any more information or additional measurements, please contact us before purchase.

Garments can returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt for a return reference code. All items must keep their protective tags and be returned in their original packaging. Juno Says Hello reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe the item has been worn or damaged.
Unwanted items must be returned via registered post at the buyer's expense. Refunds cannot be given on gift certificates. Goods should be returned to the following address: Juno Says Hello LTD, 108-110 Judd Street, London WC1H 9PX
