Original 1930s empire-line velvet dress
Puff sleeves and gathered detail on bust
Fitted waist and new zip fastening on side
Faded fabric has blue-grey pearl effect

Similar to UK size 6-8 but please check measurements:

This is a very delicate handmade garment but in good vintage condition
